Do I need to be an established business to buy from you?
No, we are happy to deal with all types of retailers from small to large.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, our payment partner is Paypal. All the information exchanged is encrypted and we have no access to your credit card details. Call in person by phone or email.
Is there a minimum order quantity or value for an order?
Our minimum order value is £50 before VAT but obviously the more you spend the better value the shipping.
How many items are in a pack?
We sell our shoes in pairs.
Are the items in a pack all the same size?
No, you'll get a selection of sizes - Childrens 10-2 Usually ladies 3-8.
What type of lines do you stock?
We stock a selection of perfect, ex-store and clearance lines.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery within UK & Channel Isles is: £20.00 for orders upto £125, £18.00 for orders upto £225 and £15.00 for all orders over £225. These charges do not cover Ireland, Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland, we can deliver to these Countries for an additional cost. Anywhere outside the u.k is charged per 31.5kg box. E.g - Finland - £40 per 31.kg Box
All orders received by 12 noon are despatched NEXT WORKING DAY. We are closed on Fridays so any order placed on this day will be dispatched on the Monday.
How long is delivery from placing my order?
Generally UK delivery is within 48 hours of order.
Can we come and visit you?
Yes, Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 4.00pm, and at weekends by special arrangement.

What are your payment terms?
Where possible payment is taken at time of order. You can pay by Paypal via the website. If you are paying by credit/debit card a member of our staff will contact you to take payment details. Payment must clear before the goods are released.
What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within 24 hours of your receipt for a refund or exchange. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing . You must ensure that the package is insured to the correct value to protect yourself in the event that the return is lost or damaged in transit. We cannot accept return of part orders or refund postage unless the product is delivered incorrectly or faulty. All customer queries over 7 days will be dealt with on an individual basis at DLG's discretion.
What does size 38 mean?
This is the european equivalent of a size 5.
